So, I put Pokémon Emerald on my 2DS XL to play it through Open AGB, but the menus are all glitched out, but when I open it with an emulator, it’s fine. When I open Leaf Green with Open AGB, it’s fine. What is happening?

Try a different emulator.
This isn’t being emulated, it’s running on bare metal with Open AGB
Then try to emulate it instead.
You just need to make it stop glitching.
First, make sure you have a clean dump. Then try injecting it into a Virtual Console game. Use New Super Ultimate Injector.
