I don’t know what ideology that would be. Louis Rossmann believes strongly in Right to Repair, but has burned one too many times by bills failing at the 11th hour at the governor’s desk, and that doesn’t seem to depend on any kind of ideology, people on the left and right pull the same crap.
I’m guessing OP feels similarly frustrated.
I’m hopeful, but knowing the political process, I’m not expecting it to actually be signed or for the legislature to override the veto.

It passed the house with a veto-proof majority and the senate unanimously. It is almost certain to become law whether the governor signs it or not.
