But the one who isn’t has the perfect accent for his character.

Does Pedro Pascal really have an accent though? Every interview i can find of him he sounds very american. Only when he said his name did I even hear a hint of a Chilean accent.

This seems pedentic to me, to be honest,

            Because you’re lacking foundational knowledge…

And apparently aren’t interested in other people explaining things to you so that you can understand what you’re talking about.

            If you disagree, cool.

If you don’t want to reply, just stop

But other people may need the same explanation. So as long as you keep typing replies, some is probably going to keep trying to clarify so you understand.

It ain’t gonna be me tho

The probable idea is that they are not representing a background that they share with their character, which there has been a push for recently.

however, there are also “colorblind” casts being done recently as well, so it’s one trend or another.

Also, it’s hollywood, you expect the majority of the cast to be from the country of production of a film.

What, explaining the reason why things happen to people who are oblivious as to what is happening? I’m not saying any of the things I said are good, bad or things I agree with. It is what it is, and that’s what I’m pointing out.

When the fuck has that ever been true?

That the majority of the inhabitants of a country are from that country? Forever.

I’m a serial immigrant, and I have always expected the majority of people I interact to be natives. And since you guys seem to be rabidly trying to interpret me as some bigot, by expect I mean my percieved idea of what will happen, not what my aspiration is.

        Only Americans can play Americans!

        Like bro…

Do you really not see a difference between ethnicity and nationality?

To you, those are the same?
