    This is tragic, but not for the obvious reasons. Despite him being a hateful man who added nothing of value to this world, his death will do the same. ITT there are a lot of people who Kirk has negatively impacted. While I don’t blame anybody for how they feel, no one should be cheering or dancing about somebody’s death. But here we are.

    What concerns me most is that his death will not make things better for anybody. If anything, I worry that it’ll make things much worse. Those people who followed Kirk will now feel more emboldened in their ideology, and view Kirk as a martyr. Trump and his ilk will probably lash out with more bullshit EOs or enforcement of their illegal policing of innocent people.

    Celebrate while you can, as we certainly live in interesting times.

    In other interesting SLC news, I hit every green light on the way to the grocery store this afternoon. Bought stuff to make chili.

    I was kinda hoping to never see the word “Megathread” again. Does it really need to be said?

    As for the news, well it seemed like this guy was kinda willing this happen. I mean I put out there I don’t care for a word, this guy seemed to put out there that gun violence was OK. Oh well.

    starting to think this was planned pretext, so he could be their martyr like Ernst vom Rath was to Kristallnacht. Also distracting from Epstein files blocked again, Russia invading NATO country and Israel bombing Qatar. It was too professionally done and this is too convenient for them all…

    Not a doctor but, arterial spray from the neck indicates a hit to the Carotid Artery.

    Supplies 50% of the blood to the brain.

    Basically near 100% chance of a stroke. Very high probability of death.

    If no death, the odds of him not being a vegetable are low.

    If no vegetable, odds of him wiping his ass again are low.
