The Bureau defines “Nihilistic Violent Extremism” as “criminal conduct… in furtherance of political, social, or religious goals that derive primarily from a hatred of society at large and a desire to bring about its collapse by sowing indiscriminate chaos.”

What the actual fuck? This is pure bigoted Nazi shit.

I wonder if they ran that language through AI before putting it in writing?

      –

The provided definition of “Nihilistic Violent Extremism” is indeed written in a way that could be interpreted broadly and applied subjectively. This is a characteristic that has been used historically for political and social control.

      • Vagueness of Key Terms: The phrase “hatred of society at large” is an abstract concept, not a concrete, verifiable action. It’s an internal state, a motive, that could be attributed to a person or group by an outside observer. This vagueness, similar to the Nazi’s use of “enemies of the state” or “asocial,” allows for a wide range of individuals to be targeted, including those with different political views or lifestyles, not just those committing specific, violent acts.

      • Risk of Arbitrary Application: When legal or official definitions lack specific, objective criteria, they open the door for arbitrary and discriminatory application. The Nazis exploited this by using vague laws like Paragraph 175 to persecute homosexuals. The law wasn’t designed for this, but its vague wording allowed for expanded interpretation to fit the regime’s agenda. Similarly, a definition based on an internal “hatred” could be used to target and punish dissenters or political opponents by labeling their criticism of society as “hatred.”

      • Focus on a Perceived State, Not a Crime: The definition frames the group by a state of being—“hatred”—which is then linked to a desire for “collapse.” This is a similar pattern to Nazi propaganda, which didn’t just target what Jews or communists did, but what they were. They were defined as a parasitic race whose very existence was a threat, a view that was independent of any specific criminal act. The provided edict, by focusing on a group’s emotional state and desired outcome, creates a label that can precede and justify action against them.

This type of broad, subjective language in legal and official definitions is a common feature of authoritarian or repressive systems. It allows the ruling power to define its enemies based on fluid criteria and to legally justify their persecution.

The Nazis exploited this by using vague laws like Paragraph 175 to persecute homosexuals. The law wasn’t designed for this, but its vague wording allowed for expanded interpretation to fit the regime’s agenda.

This is incorrect. Paragraph 175 was always designed to prosecute gay sex, and was enforced even during the Weimar Republic. What the Nazis did was expand it - you didn’t have to have sex with a man, just do something that might lead to sex with a man. Essentially, gay men could have gotten away with holding hands or even kissing in earlier eras, sex needed to be proven. But the Nazis made it essentially any gay behavior.

Paragraph 175 continued to be enforced after the Nazis were kicked out - it stayed on the books in West Germany essentially unchanged until 1969. After ‘69 it was changed to only apply to sex with men under 21 or prostitution.

Gay men who were liberated from the camps who had charges under Paragraph 175 were often sent back to finish their sentences. The handbook for the Allies mandated this.

To these people any society with trans people in it is a destroyed society since their society is trans exclusionary.

Trans are just the the first of an ever-expanding group of others to be targeted, including pretty much everybody in leadership in the party right now. I think it is pretty safe to assume that dear leader, whomever it is, we’ll become as paranoid as Joseph Stalin and anybody in leadership now will be suspected and purged if they get what they think they want here.

They are getting all Kirk’d up. This will create so many more Luigi’s. Things are going to get violent quick. They actually want a civil war don’t they, so they can use any petty justification to kill any opposition. No one is safe except the boot lickers.

The group defines “TIVE” as “the belief that violence is justified against people who oppose [the trans community],” as well as the belief that opposing trans rights “itself constitutes a form of violence towards people who identify as [trans or gender nonconforming]… or poses an imminent threat to such persons’ emotional, psychological, or physical safety, including through self-harm or suicide.”

What an insane redefinition of “self defense.” Violence isn’t justified…unless you are being targeted, harmed, or killed, which many trans or NB people are. It’s absurd to preemptively label self defense as “violence.” It’s cart-before-horse, intentional PR spin to dehumanize a subset of human people. One species, all human.

The administration will need scapegoats when its policies fail. They’ve laid this ground work for years now. They want justification for violence through violence themselves in this mental gymnastics.

It’s the Heritage Foundation, which might as well be called “Propaganda Hut.” Let me guess: more divisive, American-dividing ideas? Yes, Heritage, let’s keep pushing tribal behavior to encourage class war while the rich destroy the planet and their fellow humans.

Just imagine for a moment that one were to replace “trans” with literally any other grouping of humanity and think how insane it would sound.

“I’m not a bigot, I’m just opposed to black rights!”

“I’m not an anti-semite, I’m just opposed to Jewish rights!”

“I’m not committing a genocide, I’m just opposed to human rights!”

Christ, the veneer of legitimacy is molecule-thin at this point.

The only people who support this or think it’s normal, are people at the bottom of the bell curve. The extremely unintelligent, uneducated, deeply indoctrinated.

A little off subject but PBS just allowed some Heritage Foundation hack to come on and lie, right after they allowed some Israel partisan to come on and lie to justify their final solution, right after one of their own correspondence endorsed Israel’s lie about Hamas operating out of hospitals. PBS was never that bad before.

I wonder what happened to PBS all of a sudden that caused them to give up?

You in the same Harris that refused to give them a platform at the convention while she had time for Republicans cops and zionists on the convention stage? The same one that said that we need to follow the laws of the land which include the 500 anti-trans laws put into place by Republicans? The ones that don’t care that the trans homeless population is growing as long as they can use their preferred restroom? Democrats use marginalized communities as political footballs as much as Republicans do.

Trump is a liberal creation, he’s a result of 50 years of ‘lesser evil’ that’s gotten out of control. Every small amount of evil voters accepted enabled a slightly larger evil next time.

Rupublicans building towards literal fucking genocide

Which genocide are you referring to, the one Biden/Harris enabled with endless cash and weapons while lying about wanting a ceasefire? The politician that had accepted more AIPAC money than any other politician, by more than double, was never gonna call for a ceasefire. Democrats have ALWAYS laid the foundations for Republican crimes.

One thing that would change is Trumps ability to deny that he was part of it. In 2005, Epstein came under investigation after the parents of a 14 year old girl made a complaint against him. The investigation uncovered multiple victims, and it was recommended by the police.

In 2006, the state grand jury only indicted Epstein on one single count of solicitation, and it doesnt even specify that the girl was under 18. Palm Beach police chief went public because it was bullshit. They had found evidence of four felony charges including unlawful sexual activity with a minor. Lewd and lascivious molestation and sexual assault. The FBI came in at this point and did its own investigation.

In 2007, the FBI finds evidence of wider criminal activity involving the trafficking of minors. Finding dozens of victims. At this point his lawyers, Alan Dershowitz and later Kenneth Starr, negotiate a plea deal with Alex Acosta. This deal promised that Epstein would not face federal charges if he pleaded guilty to reduced state charges. The agreement was then kept a secret.

In 2008 he plead guilty to Solicitation, and solicitation of a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months, but served only 13. And worse, he allowed work release, meaning he was out for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week for those 13 months.

Now, this is bit thats important. The plea deal is “the list”. Because what Epstein got wasnt just immunity for himself, it was also for his co conspirators. That means that the FBI investigation found out who he was working with/for. And Trumps name, will be in there. This is the same deal that Maxwell was talking about last month or the month before when she was looking to get released.

The FBI case found dozens of victims, all under age. Which could have got him a life sentence if Federal prison. But for some reason, he only got 13 months. The victims were never told of the deal, which violated the CVRA(Crime Victims Rights Act) that REQUIRES prosecutors to inform victims of plea deals.

The wording of the plea deal regarding co conspirators was left vague, with the word “potential” doing a lot of the heavy lifting to get around naming them. However, we know at least some of those names include Maxwell, Sarah Kellen(Kensington), Nadia Marcinkova, Lesley Groff, and Adrian Ross. Jean-Luc Brunel was accused, but never charged. He killed himself in France in 2022 while awaiting trial… The statute of limitations also appears to have played a part in shielding other associates. But the point is, the FBI did the work. What they found is still written down somewhere. They know who is who. And its interesting that a lot of people connected to Epstein, are now working for or had worked for Trump during his first and second terms. Alex Acosta and Howard Lutnick for example…

The files, of which there must be many, will detail Trumps involvement. And then we cant finally get rid of the cunt. But more than that, we can start to go after all the others in power wherever they may be and whoever they may be.
