The person (who now looks around 16) called out the guy for making inappropriate comments towards a minor who was 15. That was three years ago, and the guy, now in his mid twenties found the 16 year old’s social media and is now obsessively stalking the 16 year old, following them around everywhere and trying to get a personal army of other people around his age to mass report the 16 year old for things they didn’t do just so he could get them banned everywhere. Looking at his posts it almost looks like a mental break of some kind. On another site he talks behind their back writing up literal paragraphs of convoluted rants about them. He also boasted about saving the 16 year old’s photos to his computer. He’s also doing DARVO tactics on them, where he’s trying to convince people that the 16 year old is the bad person and is using sockpuppet accounts to make it seem like multiple people are against the 16 year old.
