violent political rhetoric on the left

when dealing with people on the left there is only rhetoric to deal with and no action so never have to worry about the left doing anything especially violence

You’re having a lot of trouble with this post, huh?

We’re witnessing A LOT of people realizing the bandwagon that they jumped on to “feel cool” or “own the libs” is actually fucking them hard. So they act out, like we see here as @Verdant_Banana@lemmy.ml demonstrates

Yes, exactly. What the extreme right has done is they’ve found an equation, so to speak, to ring in these types of folks and create this narrative of, like you said, “own the libs“, a sports team like mentality. And that’s what extreme right folks are doing, treating this like a sports team with Trump laughing all the way to the bank (this video is about a year old and he’s still producing more of these gaudy pieces of crap…as a sitting president…hawking garbage).

Wait so is the left violent or not? All I’ve been told incessantly is that Antifa is going to come and eat my child or whatever the story is today so it’s hard to know if the White House or some random post on the internet is truth anymore

I’m not the person you’re being a dick to but I can tell you I saw the no kings protest in white person suburbia Ohio and it was at least double in size from the last one.

Much bigger turnout than I would have expected. So … While you obviously are trolling I do have to say that for anyone reading my comment - there are still those amongst us who want to live in a Democracy.

Very fucking sad with very low turnout.

Was your felony for electoral law violations because if it was not then that is wrong and ypu would be more likely to find supporters of ending this injustice here than most places.

The only people who should lose the right to vote IMO are those that violate another’s right to vote.

Removed Comment Did you physically leave the HOA and visit the protests because your comment says no did not Very fucking sad with very low turnout and even fewer people acknowledging Unfortunately and sadly this ai video showed better turnout by

Verdant Banana reason: Misinformation, many sources show the opposite.

was not at home yesterday but out and about which included more than one state with small and large cities and small towns and everything in between

please show me actual photos where there was large turnouts maybe one or two cities maybe in the whole United States

but places was yesterday only saw single people on street corners but only a few and far between and saw a group but no more than ten and only one group

saw more of those buffet trucks riding around with that alternative United States flag driving where saw a few people protesting

against this whole regime too which has been brought about by the owner class using both parties and now we have citizens against each other for saying what they observed and being told they are not really seeing what they are seeing and or experiencing

was wanting a much bigger turnout like we had in the 60s but was disappointed by the low turnout that was what was getting at

You were “out and about” on a journey to multiple states and cities? Just a casual Saturday drive. Sure dude lol

Your anecdote here does nothing to disprove that millions of Americans were photographed participating in this protest. Don’t sit here and ask for photos, find them yourself. The confirmation you seek is a few clicks away.

Is there a GIF of this video? I want to share it around without linking to the original or a whole news article.

(In general, I think Trumps Twitter page posts need to be easy to share around so that people can easily see the filth produced by the man, and not the cleaned up new bites.)

You can go to his Twitter page but change the link to say “xcancel” instead of just x. I agree gif downloads would be easier to share.

Edit to add an example https://xcancel.com/russvought/status/1976686105199268177
