I ordered the mouse on October 30th of last year and put in a support request because if I click left it does that and the scroll wheel and same with the right side. I updated it and the reciever as well, cleaned it and tried on different computers. Both Linux and Windows for anyone curious. This is the response I got from the suport after sending them the video of it happening. I then asked for a refund instead when I send it and they havent gotten back to me since. Are they justified or am I being screwed? Because Id rather sell it as parts and use the shell then ever wait for it to get there and come back and deal with this.

To be fair, I don’t know any of your consumer rights so I’m no help here, sorry. Good luck
