Makes you wonder how he forgot that he was in the trumpstein files. He was protesting hard to get them released. did he just… forget he’s in them?
He probably thought they would never release them no matter what he says publicly and if they did he could just lie his way out of it like he always does. This strategy of doing awful things but selling them as genius moves of a philanthropist has served him very well in the past.
Maybe he figured that since he wasn’t actually a part of the cool pedos club he’d be safe? Granted, I don’t think it’s terribly likely since the man clearly has a complex about not being considered cool and would never admit to it, but you never know. Of course, this is ignoring that just trying to get in is pretty damning in its own right.
