Seems like they can just wait for the south to collapse at this point. There’s a huge demographic crisis there. Soon they’re not going to have enough of a working age population to even field a proper military or run their society.
I don’t know how anyone wouldn’t realise the basic logic of nuclear deterrence, it’s literally as simple as “they can’t threaten to nuke us without MAD”
