You should be able to do whatever you want with hardware you purchase - and the ps5-linux project for the PlayStation 5 continues expanding Linux support.

      Series X has a pretty accessible Dev mode natively I believe? Or are you just really wanting Linux, which is honestly fair

        The OS on X is glitchy trash. The software sucks. The games crash all the time. I’d be happy to have Commodore on it at this point.
