I think we would all hoard data if it was cheap.

Today I had to suggest cloud storage. That’s the cheapest and easiest to maintain.

There is optical storage solutions that is adequate for most consumers and even LTO tapes it is fast enough, can be produced cheaply but the drives are advertised to businesses and sold with that business premium cost.

This bugs me. Also the fear of being deported soon

    i’'m an american citizen, but i have family members there were also american citizens and they were deported nonetheless in the early 20th century – you’re right to be concerned.

      My situation is worst, i am in middle east from the country at war with yours but I live and was born in an arabian country.

      It is weird that I envy those people in America, I rather be them now… maybe, I don’t know.
