Thats shit was the most stupid stuff ever. I got scolded really bad and got a warning and a talk with (what i can best translate to) my homeroom teacher for being late and my reason was “if the bell doesnt dismiss us, it doesnt start the class either”. In highschool it was very different, i went to a very good one and they actually respected students like they were people not just stupid little kids.
