What a lot of people fail to realize is that the whole industry is based on selling a fantasy. It’s no different then getting the girl friend experience from a prostitute. I don’t think there’s a meaningful difference between a real person and an AI in these industries.
IMO it’s only a problem when the customer doesn’t understand that they’re buying an illusion.
All of my issues have been due to the immutable distro since I can’t follow most instructions on installing apps and I don’t want to just shove everything in a distrobox.
I still like it but it definitely takes some getting used to.
Bazzite is what I went with when I decided to ditch Windows and was surprised at how well it worked. The atomic nature of the distro takes some getting used to but for gaming it’s been perfect.

I’m pretty much the same as you. A lifelong Windows user who got fed up with the direction windows is going. I just recently switched to Linux for my new gaming PC and I haven’t had any major issues. The only thing I still haven’t figured out how to do yet is modding.
As for which distro to use, I would recommend something that comes with the graphics drivers already installed to reduce any initial setup difficulty.

You can give an LLM admin access to your computer so that it can perform tasks for people. I’m guessing that would allow the LLM to send emails on your behalf.
