0·6 months agoUnbelievable, it reminds me of what the previous regime in Syria would do to prisoners.
IIRC, the male prisoners would have their privates cut off,
the women would be raped.This is very concerning, and depressing.
What is the disgusting mentality for these crime committers, why dont they feel regret for raping someone?

Rape is serious crime.
The victim is tramautized and deals with their emotions, the victim will also be afraid of other gender because of the rape.
The solution is not ONLY punishment.
It should be punishment to scare the criminal, and then therapy / rehabilitation for them to improve.
No punishment will decrease the seriousness of the crime.
No rehabilitation / therapy could put the criminal into a downwards spiral and never become a better person.
It should be both.
Death is when the crime is commited 2 times
