I stated my opinion. Changing your mind on this or defending my viewpoint is just not that important to me.
I’m confident I could discuss and debate it, I know the facts and where my stance lies. I just don’t want to explain it to you. It would be a truly pointless endeavor. I have responsibilities in my life. I don’t want to be the kind of person that argues online for a living. I can’t be.

I dunno, we’ve had one, and I’m sleepin’ like a baby. Few more won’t bother me at all… Or all of them.
Caffeine pills gave me heart arrhythmia for like 2 months. I had to wear a monitor and everything.
Pill form is so much more potent, and I was splitting them, effectively bypassing the coating that helps it dissolve slowly. Your body is just not meant to absorb 150mg of caffeine instantaneously. Crazy I know.
You really don’t get any. You have to be well established in your career to be allowed to use it. You can’t really say “I’m taking a day off next week” and expect your job to not look for a reason to punish/fire you.

It can also just be projection, watch out for that.
I’ve certainly projected my “I know what that facial expression means”/“I know why you said it like that” onto someone when it was really my own insecurities or assumptions.
