I have a JP Nintendo account and payment method (on the eShop you can use gift cards & only reads JP CC). You use forwarders to acquire it at your own expense (shipping and customs value).

The Japanese version is only region locked in the sense of not being able to change the language & region nor being able to sign in using a foreign Nintendo account (it has to be a JP one). Cartridges from abroad (US, UK) do work but will automatically translate the UI into Japanese (if its supported).

Especially the Water Temple on N64, you end up fucking around with menus A LOT just to put on and take off the iron boots since it’s an aquatic dungeon. Also, a lot of points on playing the ocarina to change water depth are unmarked in N64 (but marked on 3DS) from what I saw on the latest gameplay of the remake: they retained the markings from the 3DS version hence making navigation easier.

Mainly, that point is about the software a modern electronic car driven by a human is reliant on can get hacked by a hacker (as in them taking full control virtually but in reality they’re controlling someone’s vehicle).

I know that 60Hz is faster than 50Hz, since I’ve shipped an air fryer from a country with 50Hz (type I plug) to a family friend who lives in one where 60Hz is used (has a type B outlet) but they used an adapter. There were issues with the heat element, as it turns out their food is overcooked despite us having miminal differences with voltage (230 vs 220).
