Please tell me base 16 isn’t trying to hex-a-decimal

I’ve heard about these before. This is my first time seeing one.

While I don’t really condone nor would I personally do this…I have heard of people using chatgpt as their therapist. There are so many questions to ask about this method of seeking therapy, but leaving those in the dark, I hear that it can be extremely helpful. Ymmv.

For me, I don’t like living that close to horses. Horses, in general, are horribly inconsiderate. They make a lot of noise, they smell. The fewer horses I can see the better.
