  • They’re about to update the platform to make it easier for porn profiles to function. Currently you have to use a third party video platform like vimeo (which you have to pay for if you want any privacy) to upload videos on 18+ accounts , but they’re about to start allowing direct uploads. This will be a game changer, especially bc only fans has a lot of intense rules about what kind of content you’re even allowed to talk about, whereas it’s much easier to safely sell used panties or subscription goodie boxes on patreon. Way safer and easier to have anonymity from customers.

  • When I was a 15 year old girl and the 35 year old man that had been giving me attention all week ASKED if he could touch me, I was so excited and wanted it to happen.

I regret it now, and when I think about that man now, i think about what a sick and disgusting person he was. And I think about how I wish the adults in my life has protected little me better. But it wasn’t traumatizing or scary when it happened, and while I legally couldn’t consent, I mean… I consented as much as was possible. I thought I was cool and beautiful and grown up, because a handsome adult man thought I was pretty.

It’s complicated. I know now that it was wrong for that man to do that, but I’m trying not to hate myself for wanting it and liking it at the time. I do believe it was wrong and bad, but it’s hard to reconcile how I felt then vs how I feel now.

  • I go to night school at community college and I pointed this shortcut out to the adjunct “professor” (not actually a professor) during a lecture the other day, and she said “oh you youngins with your computer tricks”. But she’s a year younger than me :') I’m just a nerd. And it’s not even a very advanced shortcut! Like idk how to use Excell and idk what “inspect element” means, I just get stresses abt losing my tabs.

  • Cute story.

I once told a bank i was going to spend a summer working in Alaska and not to be alarmed when my card started having transactions there. They said “okay!” Then they frozen my card after my first use and when I called them to see why (they didn’t call me) they said “suspicious activity on your card, it was used in Alaska!” Then on my return trip home, it was skimmed and used in NYC while I was on a bus in Arizona, I called the bank (again, they didn’t call me) and said hey there’s a weird charge on my card in NYC, but im in Arizona, and they said “huh weird, I guess we’ll freeze it if you want”.

Genuinely so happy your bank was so attentive to you. That’s not the normal. It is cruel and irresponsible to put restrictions on people’s food cards, especially the way the pedophile and his cronies are gutting government offices. It’s really hard to get in touch with someone from the EBT department, by design.

Say ive authorized my food card to be used in OR/WA. But what if I’m in Idaho for the weekend unexpectedly, but i need something to eat? What if I’m driving down to visit a relative in NoCal who is on a fixed income and doesnt have enough food for me and i want to pick up some milk and eggs once i get to california so i dont have to worry about keeping them cold? What if I live on the VT/MA border, so I authorize those states, but there’s something I need to do in New York, and going to a MA or VT grocery store after going all the way to NY to run an errand would be miles out of my way and I just want to go to the grocery store in NYS, but uh oh, I didn’t authorize that state and I can’t get a hold of anyone other than a robot on the phone at the ebt office and gas is five fucking dollars a gallon and I can’t afford to drive all over the tri state area, so I guess i’ll just be fucking hungry again today.

Stop trying to die on this hill. You’re suggestion is a bad idea, not because you’re a bad person (giving you thr botd, but losing faith fast) but because you lack the life experiences and have experienced privilege that clouds your judgement.

Maybe you’re a troll and I’m giving you exactly what you want, so this will be my last comment, but if you’re being genuine, please try to see things from someone else’s view. It is a bad idea to put restrictions on a food card. It’s for FOOD. The rates of theft and fraud are over represented by bad actors like the republicans.

  • That is not a sollution. That’s wildly restrictive, discriminatory, and overly complicated. Card skimming is theft, not fraud, for one thing, and that’s a problem that effects any card that runs through it, not just EBT. It’s the store’s problem for not providing a safe means to conduct transactions, and the burden shouldn’t be placed on the most vulnerable populations. Cash and even debit cards don’t need permission to be used outside of some designated range.

You’re out of touch and need to practice your empathy skills.

  • The fix for this should be simple: EBT funds should only be accessible in the state where the card was issued.>

Sucks for people like my mom then, who lives in a 600 person town on the border of two states, with no grocery stores or even gas stations for almost an hour north or east deepeer into “her” state, but with a Stop and Shop 11 minutes down the road in the neighbor state. But you’re right, we don’t want the poors being allowed to just roam free, ya?

Your opinion is ignorant of people’s real life situations.

  • I got sexually assaulted at work a year or so ago. Found out that more than one person had been bothered by the guy that touched me, but only verbally, he hadn’t touched anyone else. Told the HR lady, she launched an “investigation” and determined that, no, I didn’t get sexually assaulted, even tho 3 other women had a complaint about this guy talking dirty, and they had the beginning of my assault on camera. I was told he and I wouldn’t have to work together anymore “because we couldn’t get along”. But we continued to be assigned to the same tasks, often just the 2 of us alone in a wing of the warehouse.

I quit about 6 months after it happened for other reasons, but mentioned it in my exit interview. I said “I got sexually assaulted and you didn’t do anything about it” and this sociopath hr lady looked me in the face and said “we did our due diligence, that never happened”.

  • I’m lucky enough to be in my 30s and still have grandpa and his wife (my grandma by all accounts, but she doesn’t want to be called that because it makes her feel old). I was visiting with them recently and said “I still feel like a stupid teenager. I don’t feel like I’m an adult that knows what they’re doing, I’m just doing the best I can” and my 83 year old grandpa replied “sweetheart, I still feel like I’m in my 20s, I don’t think anyone ever really figures it out, no one knows how to be an adult”.

So i think the answer is: never

  • Slightly off topic, but im in school for massage therapy, and just took my midterm exam which involves giving massage to classmates while the teacher watches. During practice, we check in with questions like “is the pressure okay?” And the response is either “its great” “it’s too much” or “I’d like more pressure”. During the exam, I overheard other students saying “I’d like more pressure” and I couldn’t help thinking to myself - unless someone is hurting you and you need them to lighten up, the only thing you should be saying right now while the proctor is grading is “that’s perfect pressure!” Like c’mon now, do your peers a solid and say it’s good if it’s good, worry about the feedback details during practice time.

  • Hi, im an insufferable cannabis and science nerd, chiming in:

Your reaction to edibles is based on the amount of cytochrome p450 enzyme that you have in your liver. When you combust cannabis, the thc is converted to delta9thc which is what gets you high. It’s why you cook weed before you eat it. When you eat weed and process it through your liver, it then converts to hydroxy11thc, by means of enzymes, and you digest it, which is why it takes longer to feel high from edibles and why it feels different from smoking.

Everyone has different levels of enzyme. Some people will not get high from edibles. Some people will get high from 5mg. I eat about 300mg before I can feel anything other than sleepy. I drank a 1000mg “canna-lean” syrup once, that’s the highest I’ve ever been, it was fun, but I didn’t lose my faculties.

I’m not saying tolerance doesn’t play a part, but there are other factors. Also if you’re primarily vaping, THATS what you should take a break from. Our cannabinoid receptors did not evolve alongside such highly concentrated thc products, they aren’t used to getting slammed with 85%+ thc, it’s used to like 10-12% found naturally in landrace strains. You’re system is burned out. The biggest scam in the legal industry is the way they market “30% thc!” as a good thing. The big number sells more weed, so that’s all the businesses care about, but cannabinoids and terpenes and INDIVIDUAL BODY CHEMISTRY have way more to do with how you’re gonna feel that high. I prefer a 13-17% thc content that is balanced with thcv, cbg, etc, but the market doesn’t care about providing you a good product, they just want your money.

Anyway, that was a whole lot of unsolicited information, here’s a source about the enzyme ⬇️ have a great day, stay lifted ♡
