Also, I’ve been noticing more and more APIs are adopting a policy where they get rid of any unused credits that you’ve paid for at the end of the month, creating a ‘use it or lose it’ FOMO mentality.
All very normal and sane.

No, researchers are compensating for the expenses. Its okay if the business fails and they give up the lease. That’s the experiment.

As someone who waited 6 months for their Framework 13 pre-order batch to ship, let me tell you, there are drawbacks to that system as well!
Linus: Now, I want to give Linux the fairest chance possible - That’s why I’m going to fresh install it blind during a 10,000 person LAN party, in the worst networking nightmare scenario possible

Yes! You could even download Godot from the steam store for free and it will always be kept updated to the latest version. Same for Blender!

My very armchair general-ish educated guess:
If they have an HE round loaded, a shot might damage or activate the shell’s very sensitive front facing fuse, causing it to immediately explode and also cause any other readied shells near the loader to explode, virtually guaranteeing the tank crew’s death.
Other shell types, they have thick and inert ballistic cap that is propelled with enough velocity to shred armor. Basically an oversized bullet themselves. A pistol round would not go through the ballistic cap, only crumple and deform it. But there may be a chance it would make the shell misfire and damage the barrel when the tank crew attempts to fire.
Odds are if you are dirt poor Republican you are much more likely to be shuffled into a sweatshop to sew socks than take advantage of anything that’s going on here.
Cheap socks imported from China are 148% more expensive, you’re still nowhere near having the capital to own a single thing in your life, the rich are only going to get richer, and those socks ain’t going to make themselves

Reason #150 on why Fallout New Vegas is the best Fallout:
Bethesda despises it so much that it’ll never get an update, remaster, or get repacked into an anniversary edition.
