I grew up in the Northeastern US. I lived in the Southeastern US for a few years. My first year there it was 65F in March and everyone was still in their winter coats with scarves and hats commenting that they couldn’t wait for spring and I was in a t shirt with sweat literally rolling down my arms and face and I remember saying “wait, this isn’t spring?”

Looks like an AR-15. I used to enjoy going to the range and doing safe, responsible shooting. I’m no gun expert, but I’ve gotten to shoot different guns that other people own and I have more experience with the AR-15 than any other gun. I never shot an AK-47 so I can’t compare. The AR has a good bit of a kick, but it’s nothing like a hunting rifle or a shotgun. If he pulled the trigger the way he’s holding it now he’d have absolutely zero chance of controlling it, you do want that thing planted into your shoulder. It’s also possible it’s the .22 caliber version of the AR, if that’s the case then he’d be fine, those are like shooting a BB gun, although from what little I can see of the end of the barrel it looks too big to be a .22

She’d smack herself right in the face if she pulled the trigger on her handgun. Couple of clowns right there.

Public transport to my last school was something like 4 hours, 3 changes, with a 25 minute walk between one of them. I couldn’t have left early enough to made my first class. It was a 30 minute drive. Parking was free though.

I don’t like anime, I don’t demand that the endless anime pages close so I don’t have to see them on all, I just make good use of the block button.

My work healthcare went up as well. They were like “well I’m sure you’ve seen all over the news that healthcare costs are going up” I think it was just an excuse to pass costs onto us because they also are dropping other benefits too that they’ve always offered.

Man, I wish I only paid $1200 a month for my one bedroom. I’m not even in or around a major city. I’ve looked at moving, but similar units are all the same or higher priced. The only way I could get a cheaper apartment is by renting from a slumlord or having a ridiculously long commute and then I’ll just be spending whatever money I saved in fuel plus those extra hours spent commuting every week are hours I can’t spend doing other things.
