  • Had to read that a couple times to get your meaning. Thought you were suggesting AES countries manufactured consent to invade Venezuela.

But I’ll go further. Fuck every single person who was stupid enough to buy into and promote the fake Amerikkkan “leftist” plants who openly:

    1. Denounced Hamas as terrorists or “both-sided” the issue of liberation struggle.
    2. Denounced Iran or the IRGC as “terrorists” or helped spread lies about its nuclear program.
    3. Denounced Hezbollah as “terrorists”
    4. Denounced Ansarallah as “terrorists”
    5. Denounced Comrade Fidel as a dictator (or accused him of “adventurism”, looking at you PSL)
    6. Denounced Comrade Chavez as a dictator.
    7. Denounced Comrade Maduro as a dictator.
    8. Claimed China is a threat to Taiwan.
    9. Gave even a modicum of support to the US narrative about the imperialist proxy war in Ukraine.
    10. Made up any kind of stupid lib shit about Russia, the DPRK, China, Venezuela, etc.
    11. Ever even implied you can blue-button your way out of fascism.

People like Chris “1984” Hedges, AOCIA, Bernie Sanders, Mamdani, Chomsky, all the fuckwit breadtubers, etc. These motherfuckers said that shit to your face. Libs cosplaying as “leftists” fell for it again and again. You know who you are (I bet a few will identify themselves in the comments): Learn this lesson and stop licking the boots of grifters and morons who vaguely co-opt a “leftist vibe”. Harden yourself, stick to the line and declare war on them.

  • In this case, replace the 2 & 4 with TikTok and instagram. At some point 3 transitions into selling your labour to someone who constantly threatens you with unemployment and homelessness. I get it.

They’re definitely not happy or functional people in my experience. The impression (maybe even analysis) I keep returning to is the Infinite Slop Machine they’re chained to has left them so intellectually and socially underdeveloped – coupled with no desire to address those deficiencies, gives me no hope at all. If anything, they’re closer to become better slaves than revolutionaries. Not even a western thing, It’s becoming like that here too.

  • History is far too dangerous to the empire to let people learn it.

I was talking to some mid-20s white suburban american kids that we invited over to our home a few months ago. It was bleak. We came away from the experience thinking of them as slack-jawed tiktok-brained zombies that were barely able to make eye contact or communicate at even a basic level. They were borderline illiterate. We tried to cover a lot of history to find something they knew anything about, which was almost nothing at all (which for a ML, can be a moment of great opportunity). But it was just a couple of dead neurons staring at their feet who didn’t show even a modicum of interest or belief, nor would they accept any primary sources of any kind; not books, videos, documentaries, declassified CIA documents. Nothing. We gave them copies of Marx, Lenin and a book about Uncle Ho. We know they will never read them, but fuck it, you have to try, right?

    Couple things I found interesting:

    • they had “heard” of Iraq2 but not Iraq 1. Didn’t know a single thing about either despite growing up with it almost their entire lives.
    • Knew nothing about the USSR but had just assumed they were allied with Nazi Germany.
    • Believed the Soviets tried to genocide the Ukrainians and now “Poo’en” was coming back to finish the job for no apparent reason.

No CIA cleverness to be found in Venezuela.

It reminds me of Allende in that regard. Open imperialist thuggery and they just rely on the empire drones to be too racist to care.

  • It’s quite useful to tie this event to the Zionists Entity, too, considering they’ve never been more hated than they are right now.

Since Chavez, the zionazis have had Venezuela in their crosshairs due to them exposing Israel for what it is. Machado openly declares herself a puppet of Israel all the time. Machado requested Israel overthrow the Bolivarian government in that leaked letter. The Zios have even been hysterically claiming Venezelans are Hezbolla, Hamas and Iranian which is a real 🤔 moment. Showing the connective tissue between US imperialism, Israel and Venezuela could be a good entry point for people who’s political awakening is on the Palestinian cause.

To be clear, Shitrael is a rabid dog proxy of the US (not the other way around). I hate how much of that shit I’m seeing lately.

  • compradoring

I disagree. A comprador sells their country out to a greater power. I think it would probably be fair to call Yeltsin a comprador, but that really doesn’t apply to Putin or Russian politics since. Russians, both culturally and politically, have an intense sense of independence and sovereignty, as well as a generally good grasp on history.

Putin has spent a lot of his political career trying to wrestle power back from the oligarchs/mafias that were created out of the fire sale of Soviet collapse. You can certainly accuse the oligarchs of being petty compradors for the interest of western capital. The funny thing is that the sanctions kneecapped the oligarchs and strengthened the Russian governments regulatory power over capital formations that have lost access to much of their capital. Whereas no such thing has happened in Ukraine, which is basically wholly owned by Blackrock, Jamie Diamond and their ilk now.

By the time Putin came into power, the political and economic landscape (read: material conditions) had greatly changed. There was little political will to recreate the Soviet model and the new question was how you can realistically integrate and cooperate with your neighbors. That’s the reality that the Russian Federation was born into. If anything, Putin was naive to think Russia would ever be treated as a member at the table, instead of a grand entree when the European line go down.

Putin is not a ML by any measure, and we are not ideologically aligned. But, no offense, it’s pretty absurd to point to the Putin or the Russian political will in the present moment, and ignore that Russia (and the DPRK) are materially doing more to counter imperialism than pretty much anyone else. This is an existential struggle, and Russia is literally fighting a fascist comprador regime that has captured their neighbor.

Whatever language may be used to call the conflict in Ukraine, it’s fundamentally anti-imperialist. Breaking lines on anti-imperialism is some lib shit you should not engage in. Critical support.
