I have a Windows 11 IoT LTSC installed in a VM on my machine with 4 GB assigned. It just has to run iTunes, Firefox with nothing open and otherwise idle.
It was unusable/buggy as hell when I disabled swap so 4 GB + a couple gigs of swaps in my experience is the absolute bare minimum.

Are you sure you didn’t get mixed up somewhere? The Pilot has never had less than three rows of seating and rated towing capacity is up a smidge in the generations since 2011. (not that it would be the first choice for the frequent tower.)

Hyundai and Kia have multiple engines through the 2010’s that are prone to varying degrees of death from sudden to less-so-but-still-immediate. (there’s been lawsuits, extended warranties, etc.)
And that’s before you include the whole easy-theft design flaw increasing insurance and vandalism risk from the same time period.
It’s a shame since it really kicked off their “solid value car with some sneaky design flaw that’ll kill it/burn it/strand you/cost a lot of money later/etc.” trend that continues to this day - even in their electric models.
If it’s a second car and exclusively driven locally then you can be fine with one especially since you’ll have lots of cheap parts at junkyards for a while to come. Especially if the engine’s been replaced already under the lawsuit but multiple replacement engines isn’t unheard of. And you’ll want to change oil every 3-4k miles and watch the oil level like a hawk.
Not saying they haven’t made a solid individual vehicle nor are all lawsuit vehicles about to die but it’s not really great having that Sword of Damocles dangling to save a buck. (of course it depends on how many bucks are involved)

only if we can call them “pods”!

Takes some checking about what makes let you disconnect or not. Toyota does, Kia has no option, base models might still have the “feature” omitted, etc.

With no cellular connection, no data will go out as GPS is one-way by nature. I suppose it’s possible someone with physical access can retrieve some metrics if relevant but that’s not really a factor IMHO.

When designed with larger batteries in mind, main cargo space intrusion is minimal if at all. We’re mostly removed from the days of big batteries eating up half your Fusion or Sonata PHEV’s trunk. (but not quite)
However, even though you’re missing some ICE components like an exhaust underneath, you’ll usually lose the space for a spare tire. Even though many new ICE vehicles today come without spares, there’s usually a place that one can be securely fitted. Not so in most PHEV and electric options unfortunately.
So if you’re hauling a body, probably good to toss in a spare on top.

Enough plausible deniability with bullets, but if he was found with a blueberry muffin, THAT would seal his fate.

I set up floccus but haven’t dove completely into it. So far it’s neat though.

womp womp

I had a great time (save for bugs) playing with a Sailfish OS 2(?) phone way back. Glad they’re still kicking.

let me know when some dropout has an idea that’s actually novel with sound engineering to back it up.

Not the original user and can’t find anything since but that requirement seems to have been around for new models https://www.windowscentral.com/starting-2023-windows-11-will-require-laptops-have-cameras

I heard something similar where pregnancy was classified as a temporary disability for accommodations.
In Apple-land there’s bizarre quirks that are in the swipe-typing function too. Try swiping out “white woman” or “black woman” for example and it “corrects” it to the same incorrect phrase (“whites woman” or “black roman”) every time despite getting it right originally.
It’s a huge shame that (in my humble opinion) peak touchscreen typing was a decade ago when I used Windows Phone 8.1. It’s been a slow decline since that only became apparent in the past couple (maybe few) years to me.
It’s a Clicks keyboard case, got some long-timers in the mobile journalism space involved and looks pretty neat. I’d have gotten one but no model for my 13 mini personally but they support a number of iPhone and Android models. (minor caveat but USB-C iPhone’s have to toggle between data and power I believe - or something like that for the USB-C port built-in.)

DON’T TURN ON DISPLAYING SECONDS IN THE TASKBAR BECAUSE THAT’LL USE MORE ENERGY!
What I’m hearing is a GIANT ICE CUBE!
