Erinnert mich an die Fahrrad-Thematik in meiner alten Firma. Irgendwann wurden überall “Fahrrad abstellen verboten”-Schilder aufgehangen. Nachdem ich vom Firmenchef gesehen wurde wie ich mein Fahhrad verbotenerweise am Rand des Parkhauses (so, dass es kein Auto hat stören können) abgestellt hatte und nen Einlauf von meinem Chef dafür kassiert hab, und mir empfohlen wurd doch beim Edeka 200 Meter weiter zu parken, bin ich fortan immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Dann wurden die eh schon zu wenigen Autoparkplätze halt noch weniger. Mir egal, ich war eh immer früh genug da um noch parken zu können.

Disclaimer: I have always been good at math, and have asked myself the same question. This is what I came up with by asking others:

It heavily depends on how your brain works plus your teacher’s abilities.

1. Most stuff can be done by taking educated guesses, that’s just not possible in math/physics etc. There is only right or wrong, no in between, thus if you are good at creative thinking, it doesn’t help at all. Also, since one rule is based on other rules, you really need to get the first rule to get the next. This requires a ton of abstract thinking to get the depenencies. A lot of people are good at memorizing stuff, which can be done without understanding it.

2. For you to get and stay interested in a topic, it needs proper presentation. Lots of logical thinkers are not good at presenting stuff to people who’s brains work differently. They just try to eyplain things the way THEY understood it, which is why their presentations are simply boring to others.

Habe einen älteren Nachbarn der hier jeden Tag mit Fernlicht durchs Wohngebiet fährt. Bin mir ziemlich sicher dass der bei nem sinnvoll ausgelegtem Sehtest, der auch Nachtsicht prüft, sofort durchfallen würde, wenn einem schon die vielen Laternen nicht ausreichen. Aber alte Leute sind halt ne Wählergruppe die man sjch nicht vergraulen darf.

I, as a German myself, see the need to call out their obvious intentions as drastic and crystal clear as necessary. They are currently testing how far they can stretch the legal system as there seems to be nobody there able to stop them. Paraphrasing legal eagle a bit here.

Nazis everywhere are doing the same thing. Look at the AfD streching everything that can be said or done by politics, slowly turning the weapons put in place to protect democracy against itself.

Also, do you have any idea what is happening to those people that aren’t guilty of anything in those prisons? And the reason why they are not returned is what exactly? The millions of dollars the dictator gets for taking “care” of them sure doesn’t seem to be any leverage to making sure the innocent prisoners are kept alive and well. This is what they want, getting away with deporting people never to be seen again.

It seems like you are not very well informed about what is going on at the moment. They are flying people out of the country never to be seen again. To another country’s notorious prison with the world’s self-proclaimed “coolest dictator”. And they claim they cannot get them back even though being ordered by courts to do so.

Weil es ihnen nicht um das Anfechten geht, sondern darum, genau diese Schlagzeile zu bekommen, die für ihre Gefolgsleute so klingt als würde ihnen das Recht genommen. Klassischer Populismus.
