My guess is a lot of convergence to a smaller set of known game engines. Godot, unreal, unity, plus a few others and some in-house like valves source.
I could be wrong but I presume in the past almost every game was made with its own custom engine. Now a lot of them have the “unreal engine” look.
But I’m not complaining. Looks great to me and leads to better performance and fewer bugs in the long run. Of course there are some caveats
Imagine spending money to own a physical copy of something you could pirate for free.
Imagine owning a physical library of movies, 90% of which are one time watches anyway.
Silly.
I do this for every kind of beverage, have a favorite exclusive of each of these:
beer glass
water bottle
coffee mug
whiskey glass
wine glass
It’s nice just using and cleaning one for each of these instead of having glasses clutter the sink from every time I get thirsty and need a drink.
VS code w/ vim extension. That’s the answer.
“mainstream users” ? Wut
TikTok actually turning itself off just to turn back on the next day was really funny. Clearly performative.
I get depressed when I don’t finish a game… Beat Dave the diver recently and that made me so happy
I couldn’t get into that one. Idk if the controls felt clunky or what. Should I stick with it? I’ve been thinking about trying it again
The country? No lol
It’s missing a third frame where he’s crying and smiling in ecstasy
Maybe if they get really really stoned they unlock those additional effects
Trans people don’t belong in cisgender sports though for real… Not saying it to knock them just it’s not fair. Blind people also don’t belong in sighted sports. Nothing wrong with blind people either.
I know I’m going to get down voted as a transphobe but I’m very much not. I believe it’s not fair to cis women to put a trans woman on opposing team.
Your one google search you can provide vs. everyone who reads your comment having to do the same thing. Thanks for the source but the ease of retrieval it is irrelevant
Give us a source then mr. objective fact man
Civilization 6, Helldivers 2, fallout 4, and elden ring are all in the several hundreds of hours for me. I’ve got some decent time into cyberpunk 2077, valehim, no mans sky, and the wither 3 wild hunt too.
Nothing approaching 1k hrs yet…
I’m happy to call out bullshit reddit tropes. “That’s not fair to X” is soooo tired 🥱💤
This is offensive to puppies
I find this is offensive to future reference
I think that’s offensive to meds
Hell yeah !!
