Don’t forget Narrow Your Eyes and Pet Name. So many choices, and they are all bangers.

Agree on old songs still having power in this context. Doesn’t feel old to me, Soup is Good Food by Dead Kennedys may as well have come out in 2025 instead of 1985.

For now Firefox derivatives are fine (I use LibreWolf), but many of those derivatives don’t work on macOS because it “fails to verify that this executable is actually executable” (what does that actually mean???)

Not sure if this is what you’re experiencing, but it’s a common thing. Happens to me too, I have to run a command after I update from Homebrew.

LibreWolf FAQ: why is LibreWolf marked as broken?

It is possible that Apple Silicon users see their recently downloaded LibreWolf flagged as broken or unsafe by the OS.

This happens because we do not notarize the macOS version of the browser: we don’t have a paid Apple Developer license and we don’t want to support this signing mechanism that is put behind a paywall without providing significant gains.

You can remove the quarantine attribute from the Application using this command:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LibreWolf.app

Same as the cardinality of all reals. In fact, the cardinality of the set of all reals between 0 and 1 is the same as the cardinality of the set of all reals. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardinality_of_the_continuum#Sets_with_cardinality_of_the_continuum

Glad you made me look! I hadn’t thought about whether there were sets with cardinality greater than the cardinality of the continuum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardinality_of_the_continuum#Sets_with_greater_cardinality

Ha fair, and now that I commented at all I’m probably due to say something silly in the next hour or so myself.

Not trying to be that guy, but were you intending to say median vs mean?

Musk can’t qualify, he’s not a natural-born US Citizen, and I thank my lucky stars for that. ArtII.S1.C5.1 Qualifications for the Presidency

Now, natural-born sock puppet stooges for Musk, I cannot speak to.
