What if you lose it? Do you have a plan?

Are you prepared for losing your phone? While away from home? I’m not sure that can be handled safely or at all in some cases. Have you considered it and if so what do you expect can be done to continue what you’re doing until recovery can be completed? It sounds like you might have no ID and thus in many cases no authority to operate a vehicle, nor money/vouchers for travel much less necessities, and these days likely some or lots of trouble finding a way to communicate with anyone that may help. In some places some of that can be done with the help of strangers or police, but in others you could be ignored or worse. In some places driving without a license is not dangerous even if slightly illegal but in others you can find yourself incarcerated if nothing worse happens. My sister recently lost her handbag which made any attempt to operate her (work) vehicle a felony – she was able to call the office due to the kindness of strangers so that an alternate driver could come out to deal with the vehicle (already on the shoulder) as well as giving her a lift back to her car which she then drove home (illegally) without incident; it was not a great experience.

Keep in mind that you need backups perhaps moreso than you did when using OneDrive - 3-2-1 being robust without going crazy.
