Medicine isn’t real and I know this because when I was a kid my mom had to get her stomach pumped because she was sick and there was like a lifetime worth of pills just sitting in her stomach mostly undigested and then when we got home from the hospital she threw away all her pills and was so mad at big pharma that she still refuses to talk about it to this day

Not only is this wrong, it is harmful. This is not something anyone “should know,” and infact everyone should know the opposite.
Medicine is real, and when taken properly, is good for you. Medicine is designed to help your body with functions it may be deficient at, either temporarily or permanently, or in some cases to stop your body from being too proficient at something to the point it could lead to harm. Refusing medicine without reasonable grounds, such as religious beliefs or allergies, goes beyone ignorance into negligence.
Sincerely, an American that hates having to see doctors and take medicine. I may hate it, but I still recognize its benefit and value.

Put a pill in a glass of warm water and check on it in a few hours. If you mom was sick and had a bunch of pills in there it wasn’t because they just stocked up over the years.

Many newer pills have protective coatings that won’t dissolve in water, to prevent basement chemists from converting them into shit like meth…
Those sort of pills are designed to dissolve in stomach acids, so the warm water test isn’t a universal check.
