Everyone knows the sequel is worse (except T2 and Aliens), and by no means do I think Trump competent. However the power dynamics at play in the White House and the character deficiencies across his cronies do rhyme with those of Stalin’s. I foresee a similar power vacuum when the cult of personality similarly dies with no clear logical person to replace him (he is too narcissistic to allow JD to take any initiative not in Trump’s name, so absolutely no guarantees Trump supporters will switch loyalty to the couch-fucker-in-chief).
