So anyone else think trump will do a massive false flag on us soil and claim it was Iran in order to declare a state of emergency and stop the mid term elections… and well all elections, or is that just me?

Oh most definitely. The only thing I think that could prevent that is if his advisors are such yes men that they tell him how amazing his poll numbers look only to get crushed in the midterms.

Not nearly enough politicians in this country have any balls to actually do something though. What are they going to do? Impeach him again in a giant waste of everyone’s time?

More likely they’ll just rig it. They don’t really need a big, expensive false flag when they can just fudge the numbers a smidge.

Is it true that Iran accidentally bombed itself? Many folks in my country became very Islamophobic because of the current government’s oppressive policies and believe the current war is a sham fight and Iran deserves everything that happens to it for executing its civilians instead of arming up.
The source claims the incident translated:

No, the Iranian missile that lobotomized monarchists are claiming caused it was going in the opposite direction of the school.

It’s complete bullshit made up by diaspora lunatics who’ve lost touch with reality. You know the Parenti anti-communism quote? Replace communist with Islamic Republic and anticommunist with anti-regime, a d you basically get the average diaspora view of Iran.

Fuck it I’ll do it right now:

During the cold war war on terror, the anticommunist anti-regime ideological framework could transform any data about existing communist Iranian society into hostile evidence. If the Soviets Islamic Republic refused to negotiate a point, they were intransigent and belligerent; if they appeared willing to make concessions, this was but a skillful ploy to put us off our guard. By opposing arms limitations, they would have demonstrated their aggressive intent; but when in fact they supported most armament treaties, it was because they were mendacious and manipulative. If the churches mosques in the USSR Islamic Republic were empty, this demonstrated that religion was suppressed dying; but if the churches mosques were full, this meant the people were rejecting being forced to accept the regime’s atheistic ideology theocratic ideology. If the workers went on strike (as happened on infrequent occasions), this was evidence of their alienation from the collectivist Iranian system; if they didn’t go on strike, this was because they were intimidated and lacked freedom. A scarcity of consumer goods demonstrated the failure of the economic system; an improvement in consumer supplies meant only that the leaders were attempting to placate a restive population and so maintain a firmer hold over them. If communists Iranians in the United States West Asia played an important role struggling for the rights of workers, the poor, African-Americans, women, and others indigenous resistance groups, this was only their guileful way of gathering support among disfranchised groups and gaining power for themselves. How one gained power by fighting for the rights of powerless groups was never explained. What we are dealing with is a nonfalsifiable orthodoxy, so assiduously marketed by the ruling interests that it affected people across the entire political spectrum.

Remember when they bombed Al-Shifa hospital? For a week they said “it was a Hamas rocket failure” and then after a while they stopped caring about the lie and bragged about blowing up hospitals? Yeah this is that.

Also if they say “there was an IRGC compound nearby that was being targeted” tell them that the IRGC “compound” was a civilian medical clinic that the IRGC run. The sanctions against Iran have made it so the IRGC has had to cover things like medical services and road works. The IRGC is the main provider of public works so there are “IRGC compounds” all over the place.

It gave me problems a second ago when I tried to login. I tried again after a minute and was able to log on. I was worried that my account got deleted due to inactivity, or even worse, the site was taken down. But that is a lot harder with federated sites.

Does anyone know where the line is drawn between promoting independence and promoting indifference? Now that we’ve had some time to dwell on the egg cracking conundrum. There’s some good common sense answers like how support should be done to encourage self-determination.

At the same time, if we want to be representatives of the masses and make our goal to fight for the sake of each of us, this will include dealing with people who are the most lacking in material means, lacking in education, people who may have a “tainted” moral character due to being forced into life of crime etc. Some of the most willing to change individuals are those who have nothing, but these people are often viewed as undesirable, dangerous, they fail to move upwards in life due to various circumstances. Some of the most politically dedicated people in my life I’ve met were in rural villages, but they are completely side lined by activists, quite often.

Why is the youth so eager to go out on the street and protest or destroy stuff, but I try to push people to do something for the villagers and they ignore me. And I’m not romanticizing them in the slightest, on the contrary these people need help the most to progress, it would also be a great working opportunity. A while ago I was browsing rednote and I’m sorry for not noting this down, but I saw a post where someone went to a village in China to do something so simple as to take pictures of people who have never had a photo taken of them before and I thought that’s such a nice opportunity for learning and doing a good deed at the same time. We should do something like that too. Maybe some people aren’t so well spoken, aren’t super educated, but there’s value in organically formed culture.

These people’s families often worked in factories that was the reason why our metropolises can exist now at all. They have gone through insurmountable hardships, they struggled and lived. It’s not okay to just glamorize and then push them aside. There’s so much to learn there, if we actually went out and did something. It would surely be more useful than flocking to the streets with signs. Why are veterans of war so venerated, but mass graves of factory workers turn to dust and end up demolished because nobody check up on them. I’m not saying pick one or the other, both are important. It’s so easy to battle the desperate in the debate room with those who weren’t privileged enough to inherit opportunities of education, but put yourself against them in the field of praxis. My ancestors built several houses all by themselves, shared resources with their communities no payment required, we may have starved to death if not for the kind people lending my fam potatoes to plant. No wonder these nazi shitstains lost. Let’s try to learn more from the people who defeated them and I realize I’ve gone on a tangent again. My bad I write a lot. You don’t wanna see my notes they’re about as clear as Dostoyevsky was cheerful in his writings.

Well, my landleech decided to break off my rental agreement 7 fucking months early so his gf can move in and they can “have the place to themselves” and we share a kitchen which means I basically have no rights. Guess I’ll just have to do what I can and hope I can find a place in this housing desert in 60 days or I’m fucked.

I don’t even know what to say anymore man. You know what’s hilarious? This fucker works at a homeless shelter even though he’s part of the problem. What a joke. FUCK Ontario.

Did he pay a cancellation fee or something? You can’t just stop honoring a contract midway through it like that, generally. I’m not licensed in Canada, this isn’t legal advice, but I’d recommend you look into that.

Is it just me, or are error messages commoner on Lemmygrad than they used to be?

Thankfully they tend to be brief, but they are annoying all the same.
