81Oz so far today.
“The Wizard of Ounce”
How much is that in useful units? xD
8.153e-53 cubic parsecs.
(2.4 litres)
Roughly 5 liters.
A lot of it was just replacing what I’d sweated during exercise, though.
However, I also ate a bunch of cabbage, lettuce, and cucumber today, so that’s a lot of water too 😁
Does ACAB include the hydration police? /j
Overhydrate can kill. ACAB
Did the first A stutter?
~1.89 Liters and counting.
Slamming the next 64 ounces over the next few hours.
32 oz
How much is that in useful units? xD
32oz ≈ 198⅘mĒ
I thought we all hated FIFA and are supposed to call it a “commercial break”?
Heat waves are a creation of Big Water to make us drink more water
14.6 liters, but let me get another glass
probably close to 4L, physical labor requires water and spite if i don’t get my lunch break
With all due respect officer, you look absolutely GEEKED. I hope you’re staying hydrated as well
@CyberEgg idk, but I’m drinking just to be sure. And thanks for caring!
No. Get fucked. People who can’t comprehend that they need to drink water to not die, especially in hot temperatures, should die for the betterment of the species.
Bring back broken glass on playgrounds. Stop turning Idiocracy into a documentary.
That is a horrendous take. ADHD is prevalent enough for tons of people to completely forget they’re thirsty until they’re dehydrated, but it doesn’t mean we are inferior.
No matter how much eugenics happens, there will always be ADHDers and neurodivergents of all kinds, and likely still be heaps more who still forget to hydrate.
Also, if you’re constantly worrying every minute of the day if you’re hydrated enough or not, you’re not living or actually doing anything that’s interesting and fulfilling to you.
Many water
I grew up without AC. Now it wasn’t as hot as it is now.
But things you may not be aware you can do.Take cold showers.
Yeah. That works.
Take a shower and then stand there naked, wet, with a fan on. You will be shivering in no time.
If you have long hair like I did. I would often just hold my head under the tub faucet. Soak my hair. And face. And that would cool me off.
I sometimes did this multiple times a day when it was crazy hot.
You all have access to water. Use it. It’s not just for drinking.
There was a few instances where I filled the tub and just had a cold bath while reading a book or something.
The water will stay mostly cool all day. No need to drain each time you get in. Just don’t pee in it.
