Winter and fall fuck me up.
Spring is my best mood, summer is fine.
Same. My biggest depressive episodes are always in the fall and dark winter. Deepest hypo episodes begin as day length becomes noticeably longer and through May. Summer is when I usually have the most stable/NT mood. This had been the case for me for about 3 decades.
I don’t know which I would day is the “biggest” though.
Summer probably, i really cant tolerate heat. 24c is my upper limit. Of course i can keep functioning afterwards easily, but it sucks. Every point above 24c and im side effects get worse, perpetually covered in sweat, slower, exhausted, peak performance drops, sleep is worse, which feeds into exhaustion and mental fog.
Yup. My wife and I have reverse seasonal affective disorder. The sun and heat are wholly unwelcome. Spring and fall are good, winter is best.
Is “physically overheating” a mood? Summer kinda sucks. I even have an AC, but it’s not effective enough and the noise is annoying, plus I don’t like sleeping with so much airflow. And when it does get reasonably cold at night, opening the windows lets in biting insects and street noise, and risks rain getting in when I’m sleeping with open windows.
