On my own i could probably even keep on top of it as those are rather routine activities and routine activities can be optimized to a point of automatization. Though my home would probably be near empty just to optimize the cleaning process.
But I don’t live alone, with a family of four and up to 3 members with ADHD(2 confirmed), you can imagine it’s an eternal struggle against chaos.
Laundry is doable mostly, just sometimes there’s an unstable increase of laundry from general clutter. Though that can usually be solved on the weekend.
Washing machine is ran daily, multiple times on the weekend.
Dishes is easy and has actually improved somewhat over the years. Those mostly reach to the kitchen sink nowadays.
I usually wash those while cooking or just after eating.
Dusting is probably the hardest due to general clutter. Every single free surface attracts clutter. Just complete random stuff. Im not sure that anything ever reaches back to it’s intended location. Of course that makes dusting rather difficult and light dusting always becomes a full blown spring cleaning.
I’m ashamed to admit it, but this one is the biggest pain point I really cant get it under control and that can be rather irritating and consider myself as a failure because of it.
Floors are swept rather regularly due to having a dwarf rabbit and the nest needs cleaning twice a week anyway. So basic sweeping the floors is done afterwards to clean up the mess anyway.

Garbage is taken out rather regularly as well.
We have a very similar situation and by our standards, it seems like you are doing really well!! :-)
Thanks, though it does probably come at a cost of other aspects of life. So don’t beat yourself up if you’re enjoying other parts of life.
