Laws mean nothing unless they are enforced
What can the government actually do to protect artists?
And what can we do?
Govts must enforce those laws. And as for us, I am not of a generation who knows enough about these issues (nor am I tech-oriented tbh) but I avoid using AI whenever possible. I ask those who know if it would be possible for artists to take class actions against corporations that are stealing their work. Also, these issues must be kept in the public arena consistently so awareness continues to grow and people demand options, transparency and protection for artists as well.
