absolutely, the uniform looks way more Systems Alliance than Starfleet.
I rember him from Eureka, a show from the era when the SciFi Channel made good sci-fi shows.
The second he walked on screen I was like “. Holy shit, Henry Deacon!” Wish he wasn’t a badmiral :(
