34°C (94F) is the perfect temperature. Acceptable upper limit would be 38°C (100F), above that it’s hot.
Acceptable lower limit is 25°C (77F), below that it’s cold
Summer is better than winter.
In the Midwest we go from -40 to 110. They both blow, but snow is the deciding factor for me.
