I would argue that there’s a big difference between an intelectually honest disagreement, and fabricating facts, inventing realities and just plain and simply ignoring actual proof.

I support those who let people live how they want so long as they aren’t harming others, and support protecting society from those who would harm others when feasible. This does allow the eating of the rich, because we have a great deal of evidence that governments are unwilling to protect society from them while they live.
