There are videos of people in Russia, early in the Ukraine war, holding blank pieces of paper in public areas and suddenly being bundled into a nearby vehicle by several police thugs. Of course, there was no confirmation they were arrested, per se. They could have been picked up by Cash Cab, but it sure looked like something between arrest and full on disappearing
Kinda like the Gestapo ICE agents being recorded in the US… ya know, I can see how it’d be easy to confuse one arrest with another, come to think of it
