God I’m so old…at twenty already 😭

That’s good to hear. Wishing you two the best ❤️

Well I’m glad (or at least, I hope) it helped. I hope they’re doing better now…

Aha. I didn’t know that. I knew about benzos and alcohol, but not opioids. That makes sense…
Thanks!

Aha. I guess I should have been less lazy and read the whole article…welp. Sorry…
Still, thanks. As the other comments have mentioned, there are aspects that I had absolutely no idea about. And frankly, I’m glad it’s so effective. That’s actually really cool.
Thank you

Because with methadone, long-term success rates are significantly higher (60-90% vs 5-10%), relapse rates are far lower

Wow…just wow. That’s actually insane. I didn’t know that! And I also didn’t know it doesn’t come with the euphoria.
Huh…thank you for that!

I believe methadone scratches the same physiological itch that other opioids do, but without as many side effects

Overall, the complex problem of opioid treatment is transformed into a smaller, manageable problem, which doctors know how to tackle.

I see…that actually makes a lot of sense and it’s well-put. I guess I’m kinda starting to get it…
Thanks!

I see. That makes sense, if it works.

I’ve heard about nicotine gum before. I know from personal experience that the withdrawals aren’t fun…

I knew that about alcohol. Still, withdrawals from a drug that’s that commonly used and widely accepted is…scary at best

Thanks for the comment!

The titties are not what I meant, those are fine. I meant literally everything else about me. Sorry…

Here you go.

Flat, underdeveloped, bad picture, ugly…but a little soapy. Enjoy, I guess…

If I’m being completely honest, the first name I’d write would be mine.

No, not accidentally.

Thanks. The cops in my country are way different. Sure, they’re armed, but they’re generally really, really nice and they mostly focus on deescalating the situation. Doesn’t mean I wasn’t scared out of my mind, cause I’ve only interacted with the police a couple of times in my life, but those couple of times have always been nothing but positive.

I guess…yeah. Thanks

And yeah, the EMTs were great. Even in my state, even with my rugged and masc appearance, they treated me super well. They were fantastic.

I guess you’re right. Sorry, as I fall deeper into a dark hole, I get more and more cynical. Thanks

I’m actually fucking crying right now. What the fuck, that’s really sweet of you. Thank you stranger, you brought happy tears to my eyes 💜

Not exactly. I posted mine on Trans Joy to help encourage people to do the same. And…they did

Umm…here. My pics are by far the ugliest (cause of my body, bad photography and I’m flat) but I’m pretty sure these were the first ones.

Sure, I’ll bite

I’m extremely depressed right now and I was gonna spiral about how ugly and flat I am and how hopeless everything is. I’m not going to do it. Sorry…

Czech Republic. Schnitzel (řízek) and beer. Yes, we stole it from Germany 😂
Also rohlík, a really weird piece of bread that looks like this:

Actually delicious tho.

Oh and more beer. Also, did I mention beer? Yeah, even more beer. Beer for breakfast, lunch, dinner and as a midnight snack. Not even joking. I’m an exception tho, as I don’t drink at all.
