The point isn’t to make money for the state. It’s to make sure people have access to affordable food.

I thought you were just making a joke, but I see now that’s actually the name of an open-source Firefox derivative. What a fun name!

Yes. No treats for the treatlerites until we get our shit together.
Fellow Arkansan rooting for y’all across the river in Tennessee. I live in Memphis where my congressional district just got gerrymandered 😩

I’d put them oldest further from the hinge. My logic is that they’d be closer to me when I open the door that way (same logic applies whether you store them in the door or fridge). However, of you have a weirdly designed fridge like mine, it makes more sense to keep them on the right side of the body of the fridge because we have double French style doors and it can be sort of cumbersome to try and open the right door and grab the milk if it’s sitting toward the middle away from the hinge due to the left door not being open and my arm bumping it / it being partially in the way. The left side is ruled out completely because there are shelves that are too low and don’t allow enough headroom for the milk.

Did you account for any height difference between you? If she’s shorter then it might still be harder for her to get leverage with the way it’s turned. Just throwing out possible reasons for her convictions idk lol

My partner and I keep anywhere from 3 to 6 half gallons of milk in our fridge at a time. We’re plant based and the stores don’t sell them in full containers. I don’t actually know the milk I bought most recently because they typically all look the same. We try to keep them organized them by FIFO with the oldest in the front so we can grab and use those first without having to read the tiny “best by” dates.

My fave is New Mexico’s:

There were actually two strikes on two separate schools that day, one in Minab and one in Lamerd. The one in Minab that killed all the schoolgirls overshadowed the coverage of the other (I’m assuming because of the moral outrage of killing so many schoolgirls). I didn’t actually know about the second until NYT did a report about it much later (linked above).
Thanks I hate that additional knowledge
It’s like portable CCTV. Police cameras. They can move them to wherever the crime is basically.
How are they gonna starve us when workers are the ones who grow the food, deliver the food to grocery stores, stock the shelves, and sell other workers the food? If we actually had more unions and did some organizing with a general strike in mind, we could setup strike funds and a plan for how to get food during a general strike. Then all we’d have to do is support each other and wait them out til our demands are met.
I just want to add that B-12 is often missing from or low in many omnivores’ diets too, not just vegans. Another good source of B-12 is nutritional yeast. It’s like an umami flavored (some people call compare it to cheese, but I don’t really think it has a cheese taste and don’t want to disappoint anyone) powder that you can add to whatever you want. Works really well incorporated in a recipe or just sprinkled on top of stuff.

You set and communicated a healthy boundary. I think your email clearly communicates your reasoning and expectations and hopefully the recruiter passes it along to the company itself so they can receive the feedback, or at the very least uses it to tailor what sort of opportunities they send your way.

This is not what constructive criticism or dialogue looks like. You’re just insulting OP and offering nothing else.
It’s also possible that they said “get out of here” just before the video started and then subsequently yelled “get out of the car”. I never heard anything but get out of the car in the video that’s making the rounds, but it’s definitely possible the witness heard it before the video starts. And if that’s the case, then they would’ve been giving conflicting orders, which I’ve seen happen in numerous encounters with police before.

Alternatively, OP could try talking to their neighbor about it instead of getting the state involved. Maybe even offering to help them clean it up? Getting the authorities involved could cost the neighbor money or have bad repercussions and we don’t know what their circumstances are.
If we’re missing more animosity like this thread then we’re probably not missing much at all.

The ch digraph in both instances of Eichhörnchen is pronounced closer to the way you pronounce the first consonant in the word “hue”. It’s closer to the front of the mouth than the one you’re thinking of in Irish. It’s ç in the International Phonetic Alphabet. It’s a different sound than the other way that ch is pronounced in German and has to do with what sounds/letters appear around it. The other pronunciation of ch in German is normally pronounced as x (this sound is the one you’re thinking of that’s in Irish) or χ.
Exposure and name recognition I think. There’s a chance, albeit probably very small, that Abdul’s rhetoric on Fox might convince someone to vote for him or question their propagandized brain. It’s important to maintain some sort of communication and contact with cult members because for them to escape the cult they will often need a lifeline.
