Tbh I don’t know. I torrented lots of stuff as a kid (including music on Soulseek), but now I feel like paying for stuff. I know, weird. I suppose when I do buy music on the internet I want to support the artists. Paying for used CDs is just whatever, they’re cheap.

I don’t burn CDs, I buy music on CDs (Best Of albums, etc.) and rip them to my computer. Cheaper than some of the online music stores where you download the music files.

Also the French have their own Mistral AI and the Le Chat interface.

Meh. The number of tabs I have open at any given time almost never exceeds six. If I don’t need em, I close em. I do make use of bookmark folders: I have three folders called ‘Today’, ‘Weekend’ and ‘Temp’, which is the order of going though websites I have saved. That way, I take action on every website I’ve added to those folders and end up with no tab clutter or bookmark hoarding.

As a side note, you can actually buy music online and it’s DRM free (Qobuz, HDTracks, 7 Digital, Bandcamp).

I remember a time when my cat found a mouse in our cottage. Everyone was asleep or trying to sleep while the cat was looking for the mouse. For some reason, I looked at the bed’s edge and saw tiny whiskers and a tiny nose. The mouse had sandwiched itself between the edge of the bed and the mattress, trying to hide from our cat. I think it got away, too. Made me feel good especially considering our cat was constantly bringing in mice it had killed.

There’s Zotero. I haven’t used it but seems to have a feature called ‘Collect with a click’ which should allow adding bookmarks.
