I ivpn has some sort of mtu limit bc I tested with both their client and the wireguard client and I had to adjust the size (debiam and arch). Works fine on android, though.

Newpipe is essentially an rss client for youtube, and a couple other services. It is probably the most private yt watching on android. You subscribe to channrls, and are notified of new uploads. No algorithms, no ads.
