If Trump had gone through the correct channels, and gotten congressional approval for the “strategic combat operations” weve been involved in, nobody would have anything to complain about (other than the obvious “no new wars” and higher gas prices, but thats a different topic entirely). Trump acts as though he has absolute power in the seat of the executive, and has unfortunately surrounded himself with loyal cronies that wont tell him no. I dont give a fuck that he’s mean (it isnt even that he is, he honestly acts like a 1st grade playground bully), but I do give a fuck about him following the law, being held accountable when he doesn’t, and that he follows correct etiquette when making decisions that will effect the entire country.

And what would you have us all do? To be honest (as a straight, white dude in America with no real minority status) im pissed as all hell. Ive watched what was initially a kinda shitty country turn to straight far right Authoritarian in a heartbeat, and I dont want any of this shit. But aside from a large scale revolution, which includes burning it all down and starting over from scratch, what the hell do we do. Our votes all count the same, so we can go out and vote but we wont always have numbers. Realistically all I feel empowered to do is bitch on social media UNTIL something big pops off, and then go participate in it.

Its not that we want to believe everything about Trump, but that we know hes a deplorable human and that most of this is probably true. You have to start opening your eyes to the absolute corruption that is taking over and that has completely taken over the Republican party. Which by the way, is supposed to be the party of law and order, trad family values, and small government, of which they are holding none of those values up on a pedestal anymore. I mean Vance is literally in support of deporting his wife and children (as they are of Indian descent). You cant tell me there arent better options within the party that would make fine presidents, so long as they kept the nationalism down to a minimum.

I think that means we have to physically test Trump in the same way to have him set the standard, right? Like I wanna know how long it takes for Donnie to waddle an entire mile.

See I dislike this mentality though. Shouldnt the point of business be to make a product thats widely popular and accessible to essentially everyone? Unless of course your burgers are made with higher quality meat than your competitors(as an example), so you pay a little more in costs for the product itself. I really think this culture of businesses being viewed as successful only if they post “record” profits every quarter (while simultaneously rolling back policies that made the business good/popular because it cost more money) is going to absolutely break the consumers back at some point.

Most ridiculed in history? Trump. Any scandal or even conspiracy about other presidents honestly pale in comparison to just 1 single Trump day. Its to the point where we dont even call them scandals anymore, its just another day with Trump in office.

Reddit posting ads for more users is actually hilarious. They were soooo unconcerned with how many users they were going to lose when they made the 3rd party API changes. Like to the point where u/spez basically had a “let them eat cake” moment and just straight up said “were successful enough we dont care if we lose people”.

What I really wanna know is…the last we heard from the government on this the Epstein files “didnt exist”. So they just voted on whether or not to release files that may or may not exist? (I know they do and this is classic fed gov lying about what information they have). But why lie about the existence of said files only to turn around and have a vote on if theyre to be released publically?

See this guy is a “problem” being a foreign born citizen running for public office. When we just finished up having a foreign born citizen fucking around in our federal government for 6 months in a position that was not voted for, or on. Ill give you 1 guess as to what the difference is between those two people I mentioned, and its the reason why both Fareh and Mamdani are under such scrutiny.
