Great show and themes but the ending fell flat for me. I’m not going to spoil anything but they had a major missed opportunity in creating better character arcs and tying everything together. It also felt more like the characters were only trying to reach a goal (not spoiling) the whole time instead of spending more time appreciating the planet and the journey.
It wasn’t an amazing show but it was definitely good if you’re into sci-fi, survival, and animation.
Engineering as a whole is now diluted with a bunch of money-hungry STEM’s who were never even that good at engineering. Their parents probably pushed them into the degree. It’s sad.
Honest take - if the Democrats are in agreement with Republicans about these kinds of rulings, then they are complicit with the slow-burn death of their own party, no? Some of them could be considered political double-agents in a sense, if that is true.
“For the weak” more like for those of us who don’t have a love of money that we’re totally devoted to?
And on the flip side of this there’s people who barely spend any time in the game beating no-lifer’s causing them to finally rage quit the game.

Believe it or not I’ve actually met someone who enjoys this line of work. He lives in the middle of nowhere in Paraburdoo Australia and loves the heat. So not exactly nobody…
This is me except with a Yellowjacket that flew into my ear and stung me in my ear canal then casually flew out.
It was actually so profound that it caused problems with my wax production and skin in that ear, and have had constant allergy issues with it ever since.
I swore to myself I’d wage war on every yellowjacket from that day forward. Same thing with carpenter bees, I actively swat and stomp those buggers - they’ve destroyed so much of my structural wood on my property they are beyond a nuisance.
Brainwashing is a thing, just look at the modern despots and their foot soldiers.
Understandable, perhaps one day I’ll be in that boat myself. Amazon has pissed me off in a few ways and I’m definitely looking for alternatives. Regardless of where I shop, I feel like my money is still going into the same greedy pockets unless it’s a local brick and mortar store.
It’s cringe because it’s affordable and convenient? Whenever I buy something from there I always price compare online and it’s the cheapest hands-down. Some people don’t have the luxury of constantly considering geopolitics and large-scale repercussions when they’re just simply trying to get by.
Agreed, almost felt like they planned a sequel, a continuation.
